This project took the area of Burlington in East Knoxville and aimed to re-imagine the urban fabric of the area. Our class research led to examinations of community, legacies, and the sense of connection. I was tasked specifically with redesigning the Knoxville Ice Bears stadium, which is currently the Knoxville Civic Coliseum and Auditorium. I developed this design in response to the community factors, as well as a consideration of igniting the togetherness of the area.
